NEW homes are being sought for some loveable dogs, cats and rabbits.
Dave Lannie, kennel supervisor at Danemere Animal Rescue Centre, Tibberton, near Droitwich, is hoping people give their animals a good home.
At present, the rescue centre has 13 rabbits, 22 dogs and 22 cats waiting for new owners. The dogs at the centre are mainly cross-breeds, but there is one Mr Lannie is anxious to home.
"Molly was involved in a road traffic accident and has been here for six months," Mr Lannie said. "She is a lab-cross and has fully recovered, but because of the accident she had to have a leg amputated. She is a sweet dog.
"The centre is very full now and we do have more dogs and rabbits than usual."
The centre is also collecting jumble for an open day on Saturday, June 14, and Sunday, June 15. For information, call 01905 345655.
